GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK, INTERNATIONAL PROSTATE SYMPTOM SCORE, DAN QUALITY OF LIFE PASIEN BENIGN PROSTATE HYPERPLASIA DI RSUD KOTA MATARAM

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan. Faktor resiko BPH, yaitu: usia, obesitas, dan diabetes melitus (DM). Penilaian keadaan pasien menggunakan International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) berisi tujuh pertanyaan dan satu pertanyaan Quality of Life (QoL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor resiko BPH, IPSS score, dan QoL score. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan dekstriptif-cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien BPH di RSUD Kota Mataram sebanyak 43 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan rekam medis, alat ukur tinggi dan berat badan, dan acuan nilai IPSS score dan QoL score pada PPK BPH IAUI. Penelitian ini menemukan pasien yang berusia 70-79 tahun sebanyak 44,1%, 60-69 tahun 37,2%, ≥80 tahun 11,6 %, dan 50-59 tahun 6,9%. Pasien dengan DM 18,6% dan non-DM 81,4%. Pasien dengan obesitas 27,9% dan non-obesitas 72,1%. IPSS score kategori sedang 44,1%, berat 39,5% dan ringan 16,2%. QoL score terbanyak dengan nilai 4 sebanyak 27,9% dan terendah QoL score 0 sebanyak 2,3%. Pasien BPH didominasi usia 70-79 tahun 44,1%, non-DM 81,4%, dan non- obesitas 72,1%. IPSS score didominasi kategori sedang 44,1% dan QoL score dengan nilai 4 sebanyak 27,9 %.Downloads
