KORELASI ANTARA LESI LITIK DENGAN KADAR KALSIUM DARAH PADA PASIEN MIELOMA MULTIPEL

Mieloma multipel (MM) merupakan kelainan neoplastik sel plasma yang ditandai oleh proliferasi klonal sel plasma maligna pada sumsum tulang dengan manifestasi berupa protein monoklonal dalam darah dan urin serta disfungsi organ. Adapun gejala manifestasi yang paling sering berupa hiperkalsemia (28%), insufisiensi renal (48%), anemia (73%), kerusakan tulang/bone lesion (67%) (CRAB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah ada korelasi antara lesi litik dengan kadar kalsium darah pada pasien MM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang retrospektif mulai bulan September 2019 hingga September 2020 pada penderita MM yang datang berobat di Poli Hemato-Onkologi, Departemen Penyakit Dalam RSUP Sanglah. Korelasi antara lesi litik dengan kadar kalsium darah dianalisis dengan Uji Korelasi Pearson dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Didapatkan total sampel sebanyak 42 penderita, dengan umur rata-rata 56 tahun. Berdasarkan manifestasinya (CRAB), didapatkan paling banyak penderita dengan lesi litik. Pada analisis uji korelasi Pearson tidak ditemukan korelasi bermakna antara lesi litik dengan kadar kalsium darah (p= 0,115; r =0,247). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara lesi litik (variabel bebas) dengan kadar kalsium darah (variabel terikat).Downloads
