Dermatitis atopik (DA) merupakan penyakit kulit inflamasi multifaktorial yang memiliki prevalensi tinggi secara global. Banyak faktor yang dapat menjadi dasar terjadinya DA, salah satunya ketidakseimbangan komposisi dan keanekaragaman mikrobioma pada kulit serta usus atau bisa disebut keadaan disbiosis. Penatalaksanaan dan pencegahan disbiosis tersebut dapat menjadi strategi pengobatan pada DA. Berbagai studi telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan produk biotik, seperti probiotik, dalam strategi penatalaksanaan DA. Berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang ada, ulasan ini membahas tentang mikrobioma kulit dan peran probiotik pada DA.Downloads
