Syok Kardiogenik Yang Sering Terlupakan Pada Kasus Trauma Tumpul Dada Pada Pasien Trauma Multipel

Menurut data dari CDC (Centers of Disease Control and Prevention), trauma masih menjadi penyebab kematian tertinggi di dunia untuk anak dan dewasa dibawah umur 44 tahun, dan dengan berkembangnya metode transportasi, resiko terjadinya trauma multipel juga semakin meningkat. Trauma dada seringkali dipandang sebelah mata, seringkali dokter di IGD (Instalasi Gawat Darurat) hanya mencari pneumotoraks, hematotoraks dan tamponade jantung pada trauma tumpul dada dengan syok. Trauma tumpul jantung disebutkan di ATLS edisi ke-10 (2018) sebagai salah satu trauma yang berpotensi mengancam jiwa tetapi seringkali terlewatkan dalam praktek sehari-hari. ATLS menyarankan untuk pemeriksaan FAST, EKG dan enzim jantung untuk mendiagnosa trauma tumpul jantung. Kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam diagnosa pasien trauma multipel dengan trauma tumpul jantung menjadi krusial sehingga pasien tidak jatuh dalam kondisi ireversibel dan mencegah terjadinya komplikasi seperti gagal jantung, syok kardiogenik, artimia bahkan henti jantung.Unduhan
