External quality evaluation is an assessment related to accountability, granting of license by certain agency. Accreditation is an effort to assess and rank Study Programs based on prearranged quality standard. The result of accreditation Study Program ranking is disseminated to public. This research result to analyze problems of preparing accreditation documents in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Accreditation document storage is still not disciplined and integrated, Mechanical Engineering Department lecturers/quality assurance units have not optimized the use of digital archive storage for accreditation purposes. This causes documents that are difficult to find or lost. In addressing this problem, current technological developments can be an alternative solution. File scanning technology that produces digital documents from physical documents which are then uploaded to digital-based storage is expected to be the answer for how to store documents safely and further facilitate the search for these documents. Infrastruktur yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan alat angkut sampah dan ritasi yang dibutuhkan untuk&nbsp; mengelola sampah dari sumber sampah (rumah tangga) ke tempat pembuangan sementara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan jumlah dan kapasitas gerobak sampah sebuah kawasan lingkungan ABC di kota Mataram. Metode penelitian meliputi; pertama melakukan survey timbulan sampah berdasarkan SNI-19-3964-1994, kedua melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan alat angkut sampah. Dari hasil survey diketahui timbulan sampah rumah tangga di lingkungan ABC adalah 6.183 kg/hari atau 41,9 m3/hari. Timbulan sampah tersebut dikelola dengan 3 alat angkut gerobak sampah berkapasitas 1.2 m<sup>3</sup> satu rate perhari. Sehingga dari kapasitas gerobak yang ada tidak cukup menampung volume sampah yang dihasilkan perhari apabila jadwal angkut sampah hanya satu rate perhari. The benefits of this research can help micro to medium size companies to find out how to analyze costs, volumes and profits to responds the opportunities that exist in the "Mongglemong". The Break Even Point and Sensitivity analysis is used as a tool to calculate the data collected. Quantitative research methods was used to conduct the research and the data collected through interview. The research location is on Jl Prabu Rangkasari Dasan Cermen Utara, Sandubaya, Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The result of this research is the number of products produced to reach the Break Even Point (BEP) condition is 16.313 salted eggs. Within two months, the "Mongglemong" MSMEs has reached a Break Even Point with a total cost (TC) equal to a total revenue (TR) of Rp81.566.385,17. Kualitas pelayanan bank merupakan hal yang penting dalam bersaing di industri perbankan.&nbsp; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bank. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima karakteristik kualitas pelayanan yaitu <em>tangible, reliability, responsiveness</em>, <em>assurance</em>, dan <em>empathy sebagai parameter pengukuran kualitas jasa </em>dalam metode <em>Service Quality</em> dan <em>Importance Performance Analysis</em> (IPA). Hasil pengolahan data Service Quality secara keseluruhan memiliki nilai gap positif, dimensi Reliability pada atribut ketiga yaitu Bank XYZ harus memberikan pelayanan yang tepat waktu mendapatkan nilai gap 0,57, nilai tersebut menyatakan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan belum memuaskan ekspektasi pelanggan. Dimensi Tangible dan responsivnese pada atribut Fasilitas ruang tunggu harus lengkap dan Pegawai Bank XYZ harus melayani nasabah dengan cepat/tidak bertele-tele, masing-masing mendapatkan nilai 0,50, nilai ini menyatakan bahwa pelayanan belum memuaskan ekspektasi pelanggan. This research aims to determine the effect of variations in aluminum powder size and sintering resistance time on mechanical properties (hardness). The materials used in this research are aluminum (Al) which comes from leftover pieces of display cases, copper (Cu) and silicon carbide (SiC). In this research, the variations used were aluminum powder sizes, namely mesh 80 and 120, and sintering holding times, namely 60 minutes, 120 minutes and 180 minutes.&nbsp; The compaction and sintering process was carried out with a load of 6 tons and a temperature of 600℃ degrees Celsius. Penguat dianggap sebagai partikel jika seluruh dimensinya secara kasar sama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposit hibrid partikel karet dan CaCO<sub>3</sub> terhadap sifat tarik epoxy. Komposisi persentase % berat partikel karet 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20%, sedangkan untuk persentase % CaCO<sub>3</sub> sebesar 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, 10%, dan 12,5% terhadap resin epoxy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, penambahan partikel karet menurunkan kekuatan tarik dan ketangguhan tarik, tetapi di sisi lain meningkatkan regangan saat patah epoxy.
