Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The paper has not been published previously and it is not under consideration for publication in other journal or any kind of publication.
• The manuscript needs to be written in English or Indonesia.
• The manuscript should be written more than 5000 words.
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word format (*.doc, *.docx) file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
• If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
• The paper needs to be one of the followings; research paper, literatur review, conceptual paper, or viewpoints in management and its related subjects.
• Plagiarism/similarity index does not exceed 20%
• The manuscript should be submitted by online submission in https://journal.unram.ac.id/index.php/jenvis
• It is within the rights of Editor to make any change in the submitted paper for proof reading purpose, without changing the paper’s content.
• The citation and references are referred to American Psychological Association (APA) (7th Edition) style.
