This community service activity aimed to evaluate the milking management of Etawa Crossbred (PE) goats at SPR Ridho Ilahi, Wanasaba Village, East Lombok Regency, identify technical constraints, and formulate simple improvement recommendations suited to smallholder farming conditions. The activity was conducted using a participatory approach through field observations, direct involvement in farm activities, informal interviews, educational discussions, and milk production recording. The results showed that SPR Ridho Ilahi raised 60 PE goats, including five lactating does, four of which were milked. Milk production ranged from 700 to 1,000 mL in the morning and 650 to 800 mL in the afternoon. The main constraints identified were the absence of a milking stand, manual milking practices, inconsistent milking hygiene, uncontrolled kid management, limited forage availability, and suboptimal recording of milk production and animal health. The recommended improvements include providing a simple milking stand, implementing hygienic milking standard operating procedures, applying a controlled suckling system, recording daily milk production, strengthening forage production, and conducting regular udder examinations. This activity contributed to improving farmers’ understanding and to supporting practical, sustainable improvements in PE goat milking management.
