The development of automatic motorcycles encourages improved performance and fuel efficiency, especially in the continuously variable transmission (CVT) system. One of the important factors in this system is the slope of the primary and secondary pulleys which affects the transmission ratio, torque distribution, and acceleration characteristics. This study aims to analyze the effect of pulley angle variations on acceleration, fuel consumption and specific fuel consumption on Honda Scoopy 110 cc motorcycles. The research method used was an experiment with variations in pulley angles, namely 13°, 14°, and 15° in various combinations. The test was carried out using a dynotest to obtain power and torque data, acceleration measurements of 0–60 km/h using a stopwatch, and fuel consumption testing using a measuring cup in the engine rotation range of 2000–8500 RPM. Data were analyzed descriptively using graphic. The results showed that the variation in pulley slope had a significant effect on, acceleration, and fuel consumption, but did not have effect on specific fuel consumption (SFC). Optimum performance is achieved in the 15°–14° pulley combination with a maximum power of 7.73 HP and 9.74 Nm of torque, while the fastest acceleration is achieved in a combination of 13°–15° and 14°–13° with a time of 1.66 seconds. Fuel consumption increases as engine revs increase and there is relatively no significant difference between pulley variations. This study shows that the selection of the right combination of pulley angle can improve the acceleration performance and operational efficiency of the vehicle.
