BRT Trans Jogja is a safe, cheap, and comfortable mode of land transportation. Trans Jogja is also very fast in reaching areas in the city where people want to go. There are many Trans Jogja BRT stops in Yogyakarta City, one of which is the Jombor Terminal stop. The regional government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, in collaboration with the Provincial Transportation Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, is making efforts to reduce congestion with mass transportation based on Trans Jogja Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Trans Jogja Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) operates using a queuing model, namely a queuing model with arrival patterns, and service patterns, with several single server service facilities. The queuing model used is FCFS (First Come First Service), the maximum capacity allowed in the system is unlimited. The research aims to analyze and simulate performance of the Transjogja queuing system, namely service time data.
