Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan konsumen terhadap penerima vaksin covid-19 dalam perspektif hukum perlindungan konsumen di Indonesia dan tanggung jawab hukum pelaku usaha terhadap penerima vaksin covid-19. Dengan manfaat untuk dijadikan sebagai masukan bagi pembaca, akademisi, pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlindungan konsumen terhadap penerima vaksin covid-19 dalam perspektif hukum perlindungan konsumen di Indonesia, menggunakan upaya perlindungan hukum preventif dan refresif. Tanggung jawab hukum pelaku usaha terhadap penerima vaksin covid-19, menggunakan  tanggung jawab administrasi, perdata dan pidana yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku
